Job Description
This is a per-diem position.
Primary Care Clinic RN Responsibilities include:
Assessing patient conditions, obtaining medical histories, administering medications and vaccines, performing basic procedures, and assisting with examinations.
The Clinic RN also plays a key role in patient education, care coordination, and follow-up, ensuring patients understand treatment plans and preventive care practices.
Maintain accurate medical records, triage patient concerns (often over the phone or electronically), and help ensure efficient clinic operations.
Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
