As a part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Physician to join our Urgent Care team.
As an Urgent Care Physician , you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while collaborating with advanced practice providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to care for patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
License/Certification Requirements

Current California Physician license required.

DEA registration required.

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum one (1) year of physician experience in an Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care setting required.

Experience performing common urgent care procedures is highly desirable.

Experience with EPIC electronic medical record preferred.

We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $250,000 - $365,000 Total Cash Compensation
