Full job description

Manager needed w/High School Diploma/GED or Foreign Equivalent and two (2) years of experience as Manager or Shift Manager performing following job duties: Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits and cash discrepancy resolution.Open and close the store according to organizational security protocols.Enforce food safety standards, including HACCP principles and local health regulations.Monitor temperature logs and hold times.Manage inventory ordering and rotation using POS systems.Analyze sales trends and waste reports to minimize food cost variances.Train employees on SOPs, food safety and customer service.Conduct performance evaluations, delegate tasks and ensure compliance with labor and occupational safety regulations. Supervisethree (3) employees (Cashier, Food Service Attendant and Store Inventory Stocker) across shifts, ensuring efficient store operations and compliance with norms and standards.
