Full job description

Description The Experience We are looking for a Manager of Finance to join our Strategic Finance Analytics team. This individual will build AI-enabled tools and data foundations that change how Finance works, and will pair them with sharp business analysis that turns data into decisions. You will partner across Corporate Finance, Product Finance, and Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance to deliver a consistent, trusted view of company-wide performance. The role requires a builder’s mindset with AI, strong technical depth in data, and the business judgment to connect data signals to forecast outcomes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Building with AI & Data Infrastructure

  • Design and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools that automate manual, repeatable analysis and reporting, reducing cycle time and analytical risk
  • Use LLMs, copilots, and automation platforms alongside SQL and Python to accelerate data preparation, pattern identification, anomaly detection, and insight generation
  • Build bespoke datasets and analytical frameworks to support emerging business questions across the enterprise
  • Maintain dashboards and self-service reporting (e.g., Tableau) where they provide durable value for cross-functional partners
  • Champion AI adoption within Finance & Strategy (F&S) by sharing best practices, prototypes, and reusable components with the broader team

Business Analysis & Partnership

  • Deliver analyses on historical trends, forecast drivers, and emerging business questions to inform planning and decision-making
  • Contribute a Finance & Strategy (F&S) perspective to forecast cycles, connecting data signals to drivers, risks, and variances
  • Partner with Corporate Finance, Product Finance, GTM, and Analytics/Ops teams to align on metric definitions and data sources, and to keep operational data consistent with financial reporting
  • Own the integrity of the datasets behind your work, validating against source systems and serving as the first line of defense for anomalies
  • Translate findings into clear business terms and recommendations for senior F&S stakeholders

You're Our Person If...

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics
  • Demonstrated experience building with AI: using LLMs, copilots, or automation platforms to create working tools, agents, or workflows that accelerate analysis and improve efficiency
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python; experience with Snowflake or equivalent modern data stack tools (Tableau or similar BI experience a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to senior stakeholders

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
