Full job description
Maintenance Specialist maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners. Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Assists with moving of residents' furnishings as needed. Paints residents' living quarters as needed. Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure. Assists with grounds keeping, weeding, mulching, and snow-removal.
