Job Description : Researches and analyzes core business processes to identify gaps and recommends improvement areas for the organization's performance and efficiency. Oversees change management and collection of requirements for project initiatives, utilizing a knowledge and understanding of process mapping, data collection, data analysis, procedure writing, and documentation. Develops and manages detailed project plans and revises the plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
