Job Opportunity #1: Custodian/Janitor Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old Elementary/21 years old High School

• Ability to understand and carry out instructions

• Willingness to learn and accept responsibility

• Previous experience preferred

• Ability to pass district-required drug screening

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs

• Negative Drug Test

• Fingerprints

Essential Functions:

• Remove litter and waste from classrooms, offices, and grounds

• Maintain carpets and other floor surfaces

• Clean windows, fixtures, blinds, hallways, storage rooms, and restrooms

• Perform minor maintenance repairs to buildings and equipment

• Report on repair needs and malfunctions

• Attend professional development activities as required

• Follow district policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines
