Establish a written goal-specific treatment plan and serve as a resource. Collaborate and consult with colleagues, community individuals, or agencies to assist in providing the highest quality of services. This position may also provide outpatient group therapy and School Based Counseling services. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position provides therapeutic services in both outpatient and school based settings while supporting individuals and families across a wide range of needs. Work includes counseling, assessments, collaboration with partner agencies, and documentation of services. As a Psychological Services Associate 2, you will perform the following duties: 1. Therapeutic Counseling: Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling while applying appropriate techniques 2. Treatment Planning: Develop and update treatment plans and maintain accurate records within the electronic system 3. Diagnostic Evaluation: Conduct intake evaluations and determine appropriate referrals for additional services 4. Psychological Testing: Administer and interpret psychological tests to support clinical decisions 5. Care Coordination: Work with case managers, crisis staff, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support 6. School Based Support: Deliver therapy in school settings, complete assessments, and educate school personnel and families Work Schedule and Additional Information: 1. Full-time employment 2. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. 3. Hours must be adjusted as needed based upon individual requests for evening appointments. 4. On occasion, you may need to work hours outside of the set work week to complete projects, meet work demands or in the event of an emergency. 5. New staff will be on probation for six months. 6. One year o experience as a Psychological Services Associate 1 or one year of professional experience in psychological services work; and a master's degree in psychology or a closely related field. Other Requirements: 1. PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. 2. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: 1. You must pass a background investigation. 2. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. 3.
