Full job description
We are seeking a work-study student who is out-going, extroverted, and enjoys being around people. This position will help recruit and perform outreach for our academic programs and publicize WGSS at different events. This position will also help manage the front desk/reception area.Students will also be asked to help with other clerical tasks in the office. Candidates should be qualified to perform such duties as: answering phones, preparing mailings, including event publicity; data entry; office filing; flyering; helping with website; and assisting with event coordination.Ideal candidate should also be skilled at time management, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and balance multiple projects.Our office uses Microsoft Suite?and Apple computers.Other related duties as assigned.
