Full job description
Job Duties
You’ll assist applicants with the energy assistance program application process. You’ll determine client eligibility and assist households with obtaining income verification from a variety of sources.
You’ll review applications and enter information into the statewide database.
You’ll help prioritize applications to provide emergency assistance to clients in crisis situations.
You’ll provide outreach services to help publicize the energy assistance program, and will work with vendors in administering the program.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required
Two years’ related experience, or equivalent.
