Job Duties
You’ll do data entry and scan, log and prioritize files.
You’ll work with laserfische, a statewide data base, and computers.
You’ll screen all incoming calls and prioritize emergency requests.
You’ll do referrals to other services at BI-CAP or other agencies.
You’ll develop spreadsheets to track client data.
You’ll handle incoming mail and scan documentation received.
Minimum Education Required
This is an entry-level position requiring reading, communication, math, computer, and problem- solving skills equivalent to High School or GED. Clerical experience is preferred.
