JOB REQUIREMENTS: Trade Support Analyst Location US-WI-Milwaukee ID 2026-1257 Position Type Full-Time Additional Locations UK-London Category Operations Overview Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, works to mitigate the significant financial and operational risks inherent in securities trading by serving as a key liaison among investment teams, brokers, custodian banks, clients, and internal business partners to ensure accurate trade execution, settlement, and lifecycle event management. Responsible for overseeing the firm's outsourced middle office service provider, monitoring service delivery, managing escalations, and driving timely resolution of operational issues. Partners closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to support account lifecycle events, new business initiatives, and regulatory requirements. Focuses on identifying and implementing automation opportunities, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies to strengthen controls, improve scalability, and enhance the overall client and business partner experience. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI, or London, UK Responsibilities Provide oversight of outsourced middle office operations, monitoring service delivery, managing operational escalations, and coordinating timely resolution of issues. Serve as a primary liaison among investment teams, traders, clients, internal business partners, and the outsourced middle office provider. Partner with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams, technology teams, and external service providers to resolve complex post-trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement issues. Support client account lifecycle events, including account openings, closures, mandate changes, onboarding activities, and other operational requirements associated with new business initiatives. Ensure issues affecting successful settlement, client servicing, regulatory reporting, or operational risk are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes through automation, workflow redesign, and technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, risk mitigation, and service quality.
