Looking for an IT role where no two weeks look exactly the same?
Were hiring an experienced Traveling IT Site Support Specialist to support locations across the U.S. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hands-on technology, enjoys working independently, and doesnt want to spend every day behind the same desk.
Youll serve as the go-to IT resource for a nationwide portfolio of 40+ locations, including construction sites, manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, and smaller remote locations. From troubleshooting connectivity and deploying laptops to setting up network infrastructure and helping launch brand-new sites, youll get exposure to a little bit of everything.
If youre technically strong, great with people, and ready to hit the road, this could be a pretty exciting next step.
What Youll Be Doing

Travel to sites across the U.S. to provide hands-on IT support
-
Support a portfolio of 40+ locations without dedicated on-site IT resources
-
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, wireless, and connectivity issues
-
Image and deploy laptops, complete hardware refreshes, install software, and manage IT assets
-
Work hands-on with cabling, patching, wireless access points, and MDF/IDF environments
-
Perform rack-and-stack deployments and organize network closets
-
Help commission new sites, office relocations, and technology buildouts
-
Support AV equipment, conference rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
-
Work with ERP and manufacturing systems to accurately troubleshoot and route issues
-
Train users on new technology, platforms, and AI-enabled tools
-
Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow and Office 365
-
Build strong relationships with employees and site leadership while serving as the face of IT
-
Take ownership of issues from start to finish while working independently in the field
What Were Looking For
-
7+ years of hands-on IT support experience
-
Experience across desktop, networking, infrastructure, and site support
-
Experience working as the primary or sole IT resource at a location
-
Strong networking knowledge, including cabling, patching, wireless access points, and MDF/IDF environments
-
Hands-on rack-and-stack and physical infrastructure experience
-
Experience with laptop imaging, deployments, hardware refreshes, and asset management
-
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, and Windows environments
-
Experience supporting new site buildouts, relocations, or large technology deployments
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to confidently work with employees, field teams, and leadership
-
Self-motivated, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working independently

Travel and support locations across the country

Work with everything from laptops to network infrastructure
