**POSITION:**Manager, Treasury Services SCHEDULE: Regular, Full Time,Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV SALARY:$82,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience SUMMARY: The Manager, Treasury Services (Manager) is responsible for supervising daily treasury operations, ensuring efficient account administration, electronic transfer processing, cash monitoring, and adherence to Treasury SOPs and internal controls. This role supports the Senior Manager, Treasury Services by overseeing the teams daily workload, resolving escalations, guiding associates, and maintaining high service levels for internal and external stakeholders. The Manager plays a key role in process accuracy, risk mitigation, and operational consistency across multiple markets. Responsibilities and market coverage may expand as business needs and departmental growth dictate. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred). - 4-6 years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, finance, or shared services, including leadership or people management responsibilities. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and drive business outcomes. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence, present, and partner effectively with executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Experience leveraging DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Zendesk for process automation and workflow management is strongly preferred. - In-depth knowledge of banking platforms, treasury functions, and controls related to account management, signature authority, cash management, and risk management. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results through collaboration and innovation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Lead the development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, partnering with the Senior Manager and Director to establish and standardize controls, workflows, and operational best practices across all markets - Maintain productive working relationships with banking partners and internal departments to support smooth operations and address day-to-day issues. - Participate in cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects as delegated by the Senior Manager, and Senior Director of Treasury, providing operational insight and contributing to continuous improvement. - Supervise team members responsible for actively monitoring treasury-related fraud and financial risk, ensuring proper use and adherence to controls such as ACH positive pay, check positive pay, and debit blocks. - Provide oversight and leadership on fraud case resolution, guiding the team in coordinating with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure incidents are escalated and resolved in a timely manner. - Partner with leaders across Client Accounting, including Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable, as well as Treasury Services leadership to ensure alignment on banking operations, account administration, and operational workflows across the organization. - The Director will be responsible for building a strong team culture rooted in accountability and developing a scalable organization that can support the growth and ongoing evolution of the client accounting shared services team.
