AMS Finance is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the FAST Labs Microelectronics Product Line. This challenging and fast-paced role is responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of the evolving commercial business within the Microelectronics Product Line. This role will be focused on developing financial planning and modeling to enable the Product Line to deliver on its commitment to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide primary finance support to the Microelectronics Commercial program area:

  • Lead the development and execution of the commercial demand forecasting

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the Commercial model

  • Assist in development of pricing strategy, Commercial Item Determination packages, and pricing catalogues for FAR part 12 commercial product offerings

  • Collaborate with other financial disciplines as required (Accounting, Government Compliance, Pricing)

  • Collaborate with internal customers and manufacturing partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment of overlapping financial plans

  • Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance against forecast and plan and provide insights to senior leadership

  • Promote the professional development of the finance team; drive and sustain a high level of collaboration and continuous improvement mindset amongst the team

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Financial Planning and Forecasting

  • Capable of efficient and relevant decision-making

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel

  • Effective communications skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of Management

  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra

  • Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers

  • Experience with Power BI Query

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
