Summary Responsible for partnering with plant management to improve financial performance through accounting, reporting, analysis, and financial planning activities. Supports monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost accounting processes while maintaining standard costing systems and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Utilizes SAP (FI/CO), HFM, and ERP/GL systems to deliver reliable financial information, support business decisions, and help achieve company financial objectives. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Product and Process Costing (2 sites) - Responsible for the cost accounting module in SAP. This includes staging materials (new part setup/updates) and working with cross functional teams to ensure accurate material inventory records and financial valuations. - Develop and maintain a cost analysis system using standard costing, reporting variances monthly. - Calculate overhead rates, labor rates, and machine rates to cost at a product level. - Support product profitability reporting with plant costing information and advisement. Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis (small, light assembly site) Support monthly close accounting (SAP) and reporting (HFM) processes, WD1 through WD3. Prepare journal entries, account
