Full job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity with a leading hospice provider serving Baker County, Oregon . This position focuses on case management and admissions while providing high-quality end-of-life care to patients and families in a rural community setting.

Contract Assignment | 3+ Month Contract with Potential Extension

Pay: $53 to 55.90 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Guaranteed 32 Hours Weekly

Mileage Reimbursement Provided Between Patient Visits

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a hospice patient caseload and coordinate individualized care plans

  • Complete hospice admissions and patient assessments

  • Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and family members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PointCare

  • Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and agency standards

  • Deliver compassionate care and advocacy for patients throughout the hospice journey

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Previous hospice nursing experience required

  • Proficiency with PointCare (PointClickCare) documentation system

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
