Sanford, ME Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ? $17.50/hour We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team in Sanford, Maine! As a Rug Rolling Associate, you will roll, bind, inspect, and prepare rugs for shipment while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Roll and bind rugs according to job specifications - Inspect finished products for quality and imperfections - Attach header cards and labels as required - Operate rolling equipment and follow production instructions - Work closely with team members to maintain efficient workflow - Assist with additional duties as needed Requirements: - Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment - Ability to read, count, and measure accurately - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs No experience required - training provided!
