Teams operate from a mobile medical unit (the hub) supported by one to two home-visit vehicles (spokes). Focus on Medical and Preventive Care and Post-Hospital Transitions.

The Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the successful planning and oversight of the rural access field team out of Berlin, Vermont. The Program Coordinator is a specialist in project management and advanced administrative functions. The incumbent utilizes a structured methodology to plan and implement projects; and when required, analyzes organizational systems and processes and makes recommendations for operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Will consider equivalent work experience.

  • 2 years of project management experience and advanced administrative skills required.

  • Strong experience in Nursing/Medical customer service preferred.
