Full job description

Description We are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to support engaging, high-quality digital experiences for a manufacturing organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on planning, creating, publishing, and refining web content that aligns with business goals and audience needs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with digital publishing tools, a strong grasp of content performance metrics, and the ability to coordinate effectively with partners across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital content plans that support business priorities, campaign goals, and a consistent user experience across web channels.

  • Create, edit, and publish web content using enterprise content management tools, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.

  • Partner with marketing, design, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, organize priorities, and move content projects forward on schedule.

  • Review existing site content and recommend improvements based on audience behavior, engagement data, and search or usability considerations.

  • Monitor content performance metrics and translate findings into practical recommendations that improve reach, relevance, and conversion outcomes.

  • Coordinate content updates across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, proper approvals, and smooth execution of publishing activities.

  • Apply editorial judgment and content best practices to strengthen messaging, readability, and consistency across digital assets. Requirements • Proven experience in digital content development and web publishing within a business environment.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with prior experience in AEM strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with content management processes, digital governance, and structured publishing workflows.

  • Understanding of content analytics and the ability to use performance insights to guide optimization efforts.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple priorities.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver content initiatives effectively.

  • Background in content strategy, copywriting, and content editing for digital platforms. Innovation starts with people.®
