Job Summary

KBR is seeking an NSPA SETA Support professional in Huntsville, Alabama, to support the Javelin and TOW Weapon System Product Office and NATO Support and Procurement Agency activities associated with the Javelin Project Mandate and TOW Foreign Military Sales projects. This position supports planning and analysis of maintenance, sustainment, logistics, and program requirements for designated NATO and FMS partner nations. The role coordinates with U.S., NSPA, NATO, and FMS stakeholders to support program planning, agreements, technical activities, and weapon system lifecycle requirements. The position evaluates project status and logistics plans to identify potential issues and support timely resolution before they affect program objectives. Strong organization, collaboration, attention to detail, and professional communication are essential when coordinating technical information and activities across U.S. and international stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support planning, analysis, and execution of Javelin and TOW maintenance and logistics requirements for designated NATO and FMS partner-nation programs.

  • Monitor project status, schedules, maintenance requirements, and logistics activities to identify potential program issues and support resolution before they become critical.

  • Assist with the development, preparation, coordination, and implementation of plans, agreements, and memorandums of agreement involving U.S., NSPA, NATO, and designated FMS partner nations.

  • Maintain liaison with the NSPA Air and Land Combat Systems Program Office regarding Javelin and TOW depot-level maintenance, program planning, logistics management, and related program-management activities.

  • Support special studies and projects involving Javelin and TOW weapon systems, including logistics planning, analysis, reporting, scheduling methods, and maintenance-support requirements.

  • Participate in weapon system maintenance planning activities, Land Combat Missiles Support Partnership meetings, program reviews, and other international coordination activities.

  • Participate in technical meetings and review technical reports to assess logistics, maintenance, and sustainment considerations affecting Javelin and TOW project plans.

  • Conduct periodic travel in support of meetings, reviews, and program activities to evaluate whether logistics requirements are adequately addressed within applicable program plans.

  • Coordinate across Product Office, NSPA, NATO, FMS partner-nation, technical, logistics, and program-management stakeholders to maintain alignment on project requirements and priorities.

  • Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

  • Professional experience supporting logistics, maintenance, sustainment, or program-management activities for government or defense programs.

  • Experience with weapon system lifecycle logistics, maintenance planning, sustainment planning, or depot-level maintenance support.

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing program plans, schedules, technical documentation, logistics information, or project status information.

  • Experience supporting government program offices and coordinating activities across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Javelin, TOW, or other U.S. Army missile or weapon system programs.

  • Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales, NATO, NSPA, Security Cooperation, or other international defense programs.

  • Experience supporting international program reviews, technical meetings, maintenance planning activities, or multinational logistics coordination.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
