Description
The Study Moderator supports in-person user research and data collection studies within a Hardware Engineering organization. This role ensures smooth session execution preparing equipment, guiding participants, capturing data, and troubleshooting prototype hardware. The moderator also manages participant outreach and scheduling, applying creative solutions to maintain throughput and uphold participant experience standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with human factors, ergonomics, or usability testing principles
Comfortable in participant-facing roles requiring empathy and professionalism
Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving study environments with shifting priorities

This is a Contract position based out of Cupertino, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
