We are looking for an Engineering Lead to ensure the rigor and system integrity for a technical program within our IC customer space.

As the Engineering Lead, you will:

  • Have the senior technical authority for overall systems architecture and technical strategy.

  • Work directly with customers, mission partners and internal staff in order to solve mission challenges.

  • Maintain engineering standard and leadership across all program efforts.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelors' degree in a technical, computer science, engineering or cybersecurity field

  • 8 years of relevant program technical experience, 5 of which should be within the Intel Community

  • CISSP, CISM, CCISO, GCDS, Sec , CYSA or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with customer and mission partners

  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills.

  • Strong technical strategy

  • Detail oriented with problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Advanced degree in an Engineering or a Technical field

  • ITIL, COBIT, Agile, or ISO certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
