Job Description
Dynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Supported Employment Specialist to join our team and help individuals reach their employment goals. Our agency provides Supported Employment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (NJ DDD). Our program empowers individuals to explore career opportunities, develop workplace skills, secure competitive employment, and achieve long-term success in the workforce while building independence, confidence, and personal growth.
Position Overview
The Supported Employment Specialist will provide individualized job coaching, workplace skill development, and ongoing employment support in community settings. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, organized, and committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements

Completion of the Boggs Center 4 Day Supported Employment Training (mandatory)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently in community based environments

Strong communication, coaching, and problem solving skills
Responsibilities

Provide on site job coaching and workplace support

Assist with learning job tasks and building independence

Support communication with employers and coworkers

Help develop a resume and apply to jobs

Promote self advocacy, confidence, and skill development

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DDD/Medicaid standards

Flexible scheduling based on individual needs

$27– $33 an hour, depending on experience and training
