Join the Team at Our New Restaurant in Summit!
Roux, a new restaurant from 40North Restaurants / Villa Restaurant Group, is coming to Summit, NJ — and we’re looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our opening team!
JOB FAIR
Office Tavern Grill – Summit
61 Union Place, Summit, NJ
Thursday, October 8: 2 PM–8 PM
Friday, October 9: 10 AM–6 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Provide friendly, attentive service to every Guest
-
Take food and beverage orders accurately
-
Explain menu items, specials and recommendations
-
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
-
Check in with Guests and respond to questions or requests
-
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
-
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
-
Work closely with Hosts, kitchen team and other Servers
-
Follow food safety and service standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
