Thermal Test Engineer

Job Description

• Perform thermal analysis, characterization, and validation of components and systems
• Develop and test closed-loop PID thermal control systems to maintain required temperatures
• Conduct system-level testing as components are integrated into full assemblies
• Support multiple configurations and customer-specific requirements during development Troubleshoot thermal issues related to heat dissipation in chip-level or high-power systems

Skills and Requirements

-Knowledge of closed-loop/PID control systems Experience with thermal analysis, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics -Background in thermal testing, validation, and system integration -Experience working with complex electromechanical or high-performance systems
