Full job description

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart International is looking for a Group Director, Product Management to lead the development of new products, capabilities, and business models across our global business.

This is a highly strategic, entrepreneurial role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to take an opportunity from 0→1 and ultimately to scale. We’re looking for someone with a consulting-style approach to problem solving and a builder’s mindset—someone who can quickly understand a complex challenge, create structure, develop a strategy, and mobilize teams around execution.

You’ll take an end-to-end view of the business, connecting customer needs with technology, operations, economics, partnerships, and the physical movement of goods. You’ll work across Walmart’s international markets and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, Finance, and external organizations.

What You’ll Do...

  • Define and lead multi-year product strategies across complex, global product areas.

  • Identify new opportunities and lead 0→1 product development from business case and experimentation through launch and scale.

  • Solve ambiguous business problems using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.

  • Evaluate where Walmart should build, buy, partner, or integrate to accelerate innovation.

  • Develop and leverage strategic partnerships and third-party ecosystems.

  • Connect digital product strategy with the operational realities of commerce, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and the movement of goods.

  • Influence executive investment and prioritization decisions through clear, data-driven narratives.

  • Lead and develop senior Product Management leaders and build high-performing teams.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create new customer and business value.

What You’ll Bring...

  • Significant Product Management leadership experience across complex products, platforms, or portfolios.

  • A strong track record of building and scaling 0→1 products or capabilities.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset paired with structured, strategic problem-solving skills.

  • Experience owning products end to end, connecting customer experience, technology, operations, and business outcomes.

  • Experience with strategic partnerships and third-party ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with businesses involving the movement of goods, including commerce, marketplaces, retail, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or delivery.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.

  • Experience leading and developing senior product talent in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Global or multi-market experience is highly valued.

This is an opportunity to shape how Walmart builds and scales products across international markets—combining the reach of one of the world’s largest companies with the opportunity to think entrepreneurially, build from the ground up, and solve complex problems at global scale.
