Job Duties
Provide direct care to the individuals living in the home. Supervise the direct support professionals, attend appointments with individuals, the quarterly, annual, and other meetings for the individuals. ensure the house runs within the budget, be able to communicate well with the Oakridge nurse and program department.
Minimum Education Required
Highschool diploma
Minimum Experience Required
2 years of supervisory experience in a direct care setting. Valid Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record, ability to pass DHS background study.
