Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing order management processes for the KC46 Tanker program

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders by maintaining strict inventory availability controls.

  • Work closely with warehouse teams to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities, optimizing inventory accuracy and availability to meet program requirements.

  • Have effective coordination with internal cross-functional teams — including program management, procurement, DCMA and logistics — as well as internal partners to track deliveries, identify and mitigate risks or delays, and expedite shipments when necessary.

  • Utilize advanced supply chain management systems and tools

  • Track and maintain up-to-date order status and inventory availability.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of GOLD experience

  • Microsoft office product experience

  • 1+ year of experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of BESSY experience

  • 1+ years of warehousing experience

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
