Full job description
The Opportunity Neuromorphic Labs is a Seed stage AI Startup, backed by top-tier VCs. We are looking for a Founding Go-to-Market Lead to help turn early customer traction into a repeatable enterprise business. This is not a traditional sales or business development role. You will work directly with the founder to define how we take the company to market, from identifying and engaging the right customers, to building pipeline, developing our positioning and messaging, converting design partners into paying customers, and closing our first wave of strategic accounts. You will be one of the earliest members of the company and will have significant influence over not just our go-to-market strategy, but also our product direction, customer experience, and the company we build. We are building a high-trust, high-standards team of exceptional people who want to move fast, go deep, own outcomes, and create unmistakable customer value.
What We're Building Our mission is to enable every organization to own its AI future. As intelligence becomes something companies build, own, and continuously improve, models, data, agents, and AI systems are becoming a new strategic moat. But production AI is still too fragmented, complex, and difficult to trust. We are building the trust layer for production AI, a foundational platform that makes security, governance, and control intrinsic to every model, artifact, and deployment, so organizations can move faster and scale AI with confidence.
Why This Role is Different You will be building the go-to-market motion, not inheriting it. As our founding GTM lead, you will shape who we sell to, how we position the company, how we engage customers, and how we turn early design partner traction into a repeatable business. There is no established playbook and no large sales organization to slow you down. The equity is real. The pace of progress in AI has created a once-in-a-lifetime window, and where you spend the next few years matters more than it ever has. You can spend them optimizing someone else’s sales machine, or you can build the commercial engine from the ground up and have meaningful ownership in what you create. You will work directly with a founder who has built and scaled businesses at this level before. Our CEO has nearly two decades of experience building and scaling AI infrastructure businesses. He scaled a business from about $100M into a multi-billion-dollar segment at a leading cloud provider, and served as Chief Product Officer of a company he helped take public, now valued at over $50B. He stays close to customers, product, and execution, and will partner directly with you on the company’s earliest and most important accounts. The timing is now. Enterprise AI is moving from experimentation into production, and the winners in this market are being defined today. The companies that establish trusted, scalable infrastructure for this transition will be built in the next few years, by small teams that move fast.
What You'll Do You will build our early go-to-market engine from the ground up, from identifying the right customers and creating pipeline to closing deals and turning market insight into a repeatable growth motion.
-
Identify and engage high-value enterprise customers and design partners.
-
Build pipeline through targeted outbound, relationships, and creative approaches to opening doors.
-
Lead the customer journey from first conversation through discovery, pilot, commercial negotiation, and close.
-
Turn design partner engagement into successful deployments, referenceable customers, and long-term commercial relationships.
-
Shape positioning, messaging, and customer narratives based on what you learn in the market.
-
Bring customer insights back into product strategy, helping identify the use cases and priorities that matter most.
-
Establish the processes, tools, metrics, and operating rhythm that become the foundation of a scalable GTM engine.
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has helped build go-to-market motions for technical products and is ready to own the commercial journey from first conversation through close.
-
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, go-to-market, or a related customer-facing role, with a track record of closing complex technology deals.
-
Experience selling technical products to enterprises, AI labs, startups, or developer-focused organizations, ideally across AI/ML, infrastructure, cloud, security, data, or developer platforms.
-
Strong ability to build pipeline from the ground up through targeted outbound, relationships, partnerships, and creative account development.
-
Experience leading complex sales cycles involving technical evaluators, business buyers, founders, engineering leaders, security teams, and executive stakeholders.
-
Strong product and technical instincts. You can understand complex technology quickly and translate it into clear customer value.
-
High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments. You are comfortable operating without an established playbook and driving work from idea through execution.
-
Excellent communication. You can earn credibility with deeply technical teams, build trust with executives and founders, and communicate clearly in writing and in the room.
Strong Pluses
-
Experience taking a technical product from design partners or early pilots to repeatable commercial revenue.
-
Experience selling AI infrastructure, developer platforms, security, cloud infrastructure, or other emerging technical products.
-
Experience shaping positioning, messaging, pricing, and early go-to-market strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
-
A strong network across enterprises, AI labs, startups, engineering organizations, or the broader AI ecosystem.
-
Prior startup or early-stage experience, or a big-company background and strong conviction that it is time for something different.
What We Offer
-
Founding-team equity with meaningful upside.
-
Competitive cash compensation, calibrated for seed stage.
-
A direct hand in defining the product, the architecture, and the culture.
-
Opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment that values distinctive expertise, emphasizes ownership along with high standards, and fosters open-minded collaboration with exceptional builders.
-
A founder committed to your growth, and a front-row seat to building a company.
