Full job description

Full-time APRN/PA-C opportunity in Gainesville Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine with competitive salary, quarterly bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.

We're seeking an experienced and motivated APRN or PA-C to join our established Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine team in Gainesville. This is an outpatient-only role focused on delivering high-quality, efficient care to a diverse patient population. Part time with potential expansion of hours is also available.

Position Overview

  • Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries

  • Provide occupational health services, including work-related injury care

  • Perform DOT physicals (current certification preferred or willingness to obtain)

  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Document accurately and maintain high standards of clinical compliance

This role is ideal for clinicians who are confident decision-makers, comfortable managing a broad range of urgent presentations, and committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
