Commercial Drywall Hanger/Finisher – Emmitsburg, MD

Pay Rate: $36.20/hr (Scale)

Ultimate LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Hangers/Finishers for a federal construction project in Emmitsburg, MD. Qualified candidates will have experience hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall in commercial, institutional, government, or large-scale construction environments. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and able to pass a site-specific federal background screening prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

  • Hang drywall panels

  • Tape drywall joints

  • Apply joint compound

  • Sand finished surfaces

  • Patch drywall repairs

  • Install corner bead

  • Read construction plans

  • Use drywall hand tools

  • Operate power tools

  • Maintain clean work areas

  • Follow safety standards

  • Coordinate with crews

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Federal background check

  • Commercial drywall experience
