Where You Will Work: Advocate Ambulatory Care Coordination and Management – Charlotte

We’re Looking For: BSN preferred. Minimum 2 years RN experience preferred. Must reside in North Carolina. Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Prior ambulatory, family medicine and NC Medicaid experience preferred Care Management certification preferred
