Role: Full Stack Developer with AI

Location: Washington or Texas (Hybrid)

Required Skills &Experience:

Must Have

• Strong Front-end development experience, withexpertise in React as the preferred front-end framework

• Hands-on experience implementing end-to-endproduct features, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs,business logic, and data persistence

• Working knowledge of Python and/or .NET forbackend services, APIs, and application logic

• Experience with Agentic AI solutions, AzureOpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOpspractices

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem(Managed Identity, Azure security concepts, integrations)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agiledelivery environments

Good to Have

• Familiarity with data platforms and technologies,including Microsoft Fabric, and relational or NoSQL databases such as SQLand Cosmos DB.

• Experience designing data pipelines andapplication integration workflows

• Understanding of AI-first application patternsand cloud-native architectures

• Familiarity with system design principles andend-to-end application architecture

• Awareness of modern application security,authentication and authorization practices

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
