What Youll Do * Youll get hands-on experience across core accounting functions, including:Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts * Reviewing and coding invoices (AP) and supporting payment processes * Reconciling bank accounts and financial records * Assisting with month-end close activities * Supporting audits and gathering financial documentation * Filing tax forms (state, local, and federal) * Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies What We are Looking ForThis is where its different; they care more about how you work than just whats on your resume: 13 years of accounting experience (flexible for the right person) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables are a big plus) Understanding of accounting fundamentals A self-starter who asks questions and communicates openly Someone who thrives in a collaborative, open-office environment Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn Bachelors degree preferredbut strong candidates with an Associates or equivalent experience will absolutely be considered * The EnvironmentOpen office with ~10 people, sometimes quiet, sometimes buzzing * Social, friendly, and down-to-earth team * Leadership is approachable and values input * Expect a faster-paced environment during busy seasons (especially summer) but nothing overly deadline-heavyThe DetailsSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Fully onsiteSystems: AS400, iDig reporting, heavy Excel useReports to: Accounting Manager * Who Will Love This JobSomeone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and stay long-term * Someone who values team culture just as much as the work itself * Someone who isnt afraid to ask questions and jump in
