Paralegal - Real Estate A small professional law company in Pensacola, Florida needs a full-time detail-oriented and proactive real estate paralegal to join their team. Job Responsibilities: - Managing real estate closing files - Preparing closing documents - Reviewing title searches - Conducting real estate closings. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Commercial and residential real estate experience preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, - Strong organizational skills - Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Candidate must have abilities to work both independently and within a team setting. - High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
