Full job description
TL;DR: We’re hiring a Growth team member to work directly with our Head of Growth to help scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re curious, resourceful, analytical, and excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward. Min. 1–5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups, or related fields preferred. Experience with B2B SaaS, growth experimentation, or GTM systems is a plus.
Background Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions.
Company highlights — entirely product-led:
-
World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs (previous AI exit), former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more Sequoia-backed startups (plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds).
-
Hypergrowth: We’re a 30-person team backed by Sequoia, growing from $0 to a $12M run-rate in under a year. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership.
-
Traction: Rapid growth across segments with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G.
-
Performance: Industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated product.
-
Market Validation: Consistently winning customers across all segments with over six-figure lands that lead to quick expansions.
-
Viral Product: Interviews are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, fueling PLG, organic expansion, and daily inbound from Fortune 500s.
What You’ll Do
-
Campaign execution: Help launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound.
-
Growth experimentation: Support rapid testing initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels to identify what drives pipeline.
-
Events & conferences: Assist with planning and executing conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline.
-
Operations & analytics: Track campaign performance, build reports, analyze funnel data, and help improve how we measure growth.
-
Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth initiatives.
-
Cross-functional projects: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and founders on high-priority initiatives across the company.
Who You Are
-
You’re highly proactive and resourceful, you figure things out quickly and aren’t afraid to jump into unfamiliar problems.
-
You’re analytical and detail-oriented, but also creative and willing to test unconventional ideas.
-
You’re excited to learn fast in an environment with high ownership and high expectations.
-
You move quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
-
You care deeply about quality and execution, even on small details.
-
You’re curious about startups, technology, AI, and growth, and excited to work closely with experienced operators and founders.
-
You’re energized by the idea of helping build the growth engine for a company defining a new category.
Life at Listen Labs
-
Competitive Compensation: We're backed by world-class investors, including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit, and Conviction, alongside Evantic, AI Grant, and Pear VC, and offer competitive compensation packages with meaningful equity ownership in a market where over 30B has been created in adjacent industries (Medallia, AlphaSense, GLG, Ipsos, Kantar). Our Sequoia partner, Bryan Schreier, was the first investor in Qualtrics—a $12B company tackling similar problems to ours.
-
The range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 OTE. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn't match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
-
Benefits that Support You: Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage, flexible time off to recharge, and an environment that values balance and trust.
-
Room to Grow: As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to have end-to-end ownership over new responsibilities, shape processes from scratch, and grow alongside the company. We value people who want to stretch beyond their role and build something lasting.
