Description

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple team members while keeping projects and day-to-day office needs on track.

The Project Coordinator will assist with scheduling, document preparation, reporting, communication, office coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members and leadership.

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and project schedules.

  • Prepare, format, proofread, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Track project deadlines, action items, and follow-up needs.

  • Assist with reporting and provide project status updates.

  • Maintain organized files, records, and internal documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with general office needs.

  • Support travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.

  • Assist with special projects and provide additional support to the team.

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, or office support experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Experience supporting senior-level professionals is a plus.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
