B&G Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team in Hatfield, PA. In this role, you'll help ensure that materials, products, and documentation meet customer requirements and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Review and approve material certifications from vendors to ensure compliance with purchase orders and specifications.

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts for special quality requirements.

• Prepare, review, and approve certification packages for products shipped to customers.

• Review subcontractor purchase orders and certifications for accuracy and compliance.

• Verify production orders contain adequate instructions and meet customer specifications.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve documentation discrepancies and obtain corrections.

• Respond to customer and government agency inquiries regarding quality documentation and deliveries.

• Assist with investigating customer quality complaints and communicating concerns to the QA Supervisor or QA Manager.

• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Quality Assurance Department as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to review documentation carefully and identify discrepancies.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, technical documentation, or certification review is a plus. Knowledge of SAP and interpreting MIL Specs and ASTM Specifications also preferred.
