Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access Career Path Overview
As an MBA on the Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access career path at Lilly, you will own a strategic project or workstream that shapes how patients gain access to our medicines, and you will lead the decision-making associated with it. Your work will require cross-functional exposure across brand teams, health outcomes, medical, policy, finance and commercial operations. Your project and development will be overseen by executive leadership.
Responsibilities may include:

Generating and executing strategic vision by analyzing current state of affairs and opportunities, presenting assumptions, and recommending a path forward

Developing pricing and access strategies that balance patient affordability, payer requirements and business sustainability
-
Analyzing payer, channel and policy dynamics to anticipate their impact on brand and portfolio performance
-
Planning, monitoring, and evaluating business results against access and reimbursement objectives
-
Creating plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections

Partnering across functions to bring launch and lifecycle access plans to market
Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an MBA program

Expected graduation by August 2027

Language fluency in English, both written and verbal
Additional Skills/Preferences

3 to 7 years of professional work experience prior to business school, ideally including market access, payer strategy, pricing, health economics, consulting, healthcare or biotech

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$136,500 - $200,200
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
