Procurement Senior Associate / Contract / Onsite / Winston-Salem

Our client, a well-known aerospace and defense manufacturer, is actively hiring a Procurement Associate to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC! This role will be fully onsite; all candidates must be local.

In this role, you will be procuring materials for build and test requirements that support operations and engineering initiatives. This is a Rapid Response position in the development lab and requires a quick turnaround of material requirements.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of purchasing experience

• Prior experience with Ariba is a plus

What you will be doing:

• Create and establish purchase orders

• Manage Ariba system requirements

• Conduct competitive supplier bids and provide risk assessment of best supplier scores

• Update the department's SharePoint dashboard with new information
