Renhill HR on Demand is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a manufacturing team in Bellevue! This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION! Salary: Up to $80,000/year -- DOE Location: Bellevue, OH Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8 AM--4 PM; Every other Wednesday until 5 PM What You'll Do: - Recruitment, onboarding & training - Payroll & HR reporting - Employee relations & engagement - Benefits administration - Support managers with performance management - HR policies, programs & compliance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree at a 4 year college - 2+ years of HR experience in manufacturing required - Knowledge of HR systems, payroll & Microsoft Office - Strong communication & organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently Interested?
