Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nurse Manager, (LPN) to join our team at White Lake. LPN Supv- Part time hours - Every other Friday and Monday and every other weekend, approximately 16 hours per week. 10am -6pm or 11am - 7pm. Candidate must have some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead by example and inspire your team to provide the best care possible. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Administrative Duties: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan LPN license.

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

  • Assisted Living or Long-term care experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
