  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Tax, and other teams to address transaction issues and improve accounting support across operations.

  • Maintain reliable accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and assist with reconciliation efforts tied to balance sheet accounts.

  • Support internal and external audit requests, provide schedules and analyses, and assist with tax and regulatory accounting matters.

  • Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, special projects, and the integration of accounting activities within the broader controllership structure. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of close and reporting responsibilities.

  • Strong background in month-end close, general ledger activity, journal entry review, and account reconciliations.

  • Working knowledge of financial reporting principles and established accounting standards.

  • Experience with inventory accounting, lease accounting, fixed assets, and balance sheet analysis is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to support financial statement audits and respond to audit documentation requests.
