Job Duties
Utilize advanced knowledge of business analytics principles and practices to perform Data Integration and Analytics Strategy for risk assessment and scenario planning. Generate standard or customer reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, or other stakeholders. Utilize business analytics tools to partner with regional sales leaders to manage changes that improve the consistency and accuracy of sales manager-generated sales performance data and the use of sales data and information, from regional readiness to adoption and systematic use. Utilize experience with Salesforce CRM to manage data, streamline processes and improve business relationships. Provide input into Sales Operating strategies including pace of adoption of new intelligence tools and processes, emerging needs for information, and willingness or resistance to changing current approaches to use of sales data. Manage special projects that improve regional data-based decision-making including structuring the business problem, evaluating options, managing implementation of the best option and tracking success. Lead allocation and demand planning processes, integrating data from Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, and Demantra to support accurate planning and execution. Develop and automate sales and demand forecasts using Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn) for data handling and to understand the underlying structure of the data and enable sound conclusions upon model building. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Disseminate information regarding tools reports, or metadata enhancement, as well as synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to provide recommendations for action. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources, and deliver regional sales analyses, performance reports, and insights to the sales force, sales management, and regional sales leadership. Discover, model, analyze, measure, and improve business processes using business analytics standards, templates, tools and methodologies to optimize business performance. Utilize predictive analytics to assess Forecasting, Scenario Modeling and Assumptions. Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs, as well as establish and participate in working groups concerned with improving data-based decision-making capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS: Positions require a Master’s degree in Business or Data Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations or Sales Manager, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data Analytics, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations or Sales Manager, or related position. Experience to include: Data Integration and Analytics Strategy; Risk Management; Change Management; Salesforce CRM; Sales Operating strategies; Business Process Design; Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, and Demantra; Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn); Business analytics tools and methodologies; Predictive analytics to assess Forecasting, Scenario Modeling and Assumptions.

SALARY: $153,670 - $176,400 per year
