Job SummaryThe Division of Pediatric Neurology at the University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a Neurology Triage Nurse to function as a member of the Pediatric Neurology triage team. This position is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients via phone or patient portal. The Clinical Triage Nurse will utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status; implement nursing interventions to modify symptoms; develop, implement and evaluate patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes; and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.The Department of Pediatrics is the second largest department in the University of Utah School of Medicine and one of the largest pediatric departments in the country.
