Full job description

$30 - $28

Join a company that designs and manufactures precision analytical instruments used across pharmaceutical, materials science, and research environments. This contract to hire role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in an R&D setting building prototypes and proof-of-concept hardware on a team where attention to detail and craftsmanship matter.

This is a solid opportunity for an electromechanical technician who wants to get into a technical, product-focused environment with a real path to full-time.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of electromechanical technician experience

  • PCB assembly and rework experience

  • Soldering proficiency

  • Cable and wiring assembly experience

What You Will Be Doing:

Tech Breakdown

  • 40% PCB work and soldering

  • 35% Wiring, cabling, and cable assembly

  • 25% Sub-assembly and prototype builds

Daily Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble prototypes and proof-of-concept instruments

  • Perform PCB assembly, rework, and soldering

  • Complete cable and wiring assembly on R&D hardware

  • Support sub-assembly and integration of instrument components

  • Work closely with the R&D team throughout the build process
