Job Duties
Hours: 28–32 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability required.
Wage Range: $13–$16 per hour dependent on experience & skills.
Benefits: Staff discount on all Harmony products in addition to a 50% discount on supplements; Paid Time Off accrual.
Do you enjoy good food, helping people, and keeping things organized? Harmony Food Co-op is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Associate to help keep our shelves stocked, our products fresh, and our customers happy!
This position works across our Center Store and Perishables departments, offering variety in your day and opportunities to learn about the many good foods we carry.
What You'll Do

Provide friendly, helpful customer service throughout the store.

Stock, rotate, and maintain products in Bulk, Packaged Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, Bakery, and Meat.

Repackage bulk products and assist with product sampling.

Organize and maintain inventory to keep products fresh, accessible, and ready for our customers.

Help keep departments clean, safe, organized, and inviting.

Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Retail and customer service experience.

An interest in natural foods and a willingness to learn about the products we carry.

Strong organizational skills, good time management, and attention to detail.

A dependable, cooperative attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks associated with stocking and maintaining departments.
