School Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Setting: Healthcare Facilities
Job Type: Contract - Full Time
Pay: $45 / Hour
Hours: 35.00
Location: Lennox, CA
The Social Worker collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and provides input in the development of the IHP/IEP for students requiring social work intervention and support in the school setting.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field
-
Hold a current, active, and unrestricted clinical socialwork license recognized by the applicable state licensing authority, such asLCSW, LICSW, LCSW-C, or an equivalent credential
-
Hold any additional credentials, certifications, licenses,or authorizations required for the assigned school-based role
-
Experience working with children, adolescents, and familiesin educational, clinical, or community settings preferred
-
Knowledge of child and adolescent development, crisisintervention, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health practices
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, assessment,documentation, and case management skills
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Ability to comply with FERPA and HIPAA requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
