Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technician III to support a leading medical device client in Maple Grove, MN. This individual will support an established interventional oncology catheter therapy used in the treatment of certain liver cancers.

The Technician III will join a collaborative team of 5-6 engineers and technicians, assisting with ongoing product support activities and new application development. Responsibilities will include conducting testing on glass radioactive microspheres used in a beta-emitting radioembolization device, preparing and organizing studies, calibrating laboratory equipment, documenting results, and supporting engineers with day-to-day project activities. This role is approximately 50% laboratory work and 50% desk-based activities.

Skills and Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Physics, Nuclear Science, Biology, or a related field (Engineering degrees not preferred) Prior laboratory experience performing product testing, verification testing, or design validation activities Medical device or other regulated industry experience Radiation validation or radiation-related testing experience Familiarity with laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
